Define Investment Value in Real Estate

Investment Value:

Investment value is the amount of money that an investor thinks a property or investment is worth, based on their specific goals, needs, or expectations. It's like putting a price on something, considering how much it could help them achieve their financial dreams.

Example:

Imagine a small office building is for sale, and two different investors are interested. Investor A thinks the building is worth $300,000 because they plan to rent it out for a steady income. Investor B thinks it's worth $350,000 because they plan to renovate it and sell it for a profit. The investment value of the building is different for each investor based on their unique goals.

In the land of investments and dreams,
Investment value's not what it seems.
A worth, a price, a value too,
It changes based on what we do.

An office building, standing tall,
Two investors give it a call.
Investor A and B, you see,
Have different dreams, quite uniquely.

A wants to rent, for income fair,
B wants to fix and sell with flair.
Their values differ, just like that,
Like a striped hat upon a cat.

So investment value, we now know,
Depends on dreams and where they'll go.
A personal worth, unique and true,
In the world of investments, it's the view.
