Define Proximate in Real Estate

Proximate:

"Proximate" refers to the closeness or nearness of two or more items. In real estate, this term is often used to describe the distance between different properties, or the proximity of a property to certain amenities or features.

Example:

For example, a home that is located near a popular park or shopping center may be considered more proximate to those amenities than a home that is located farther away. Similarly, two properties that are located right next to each other would be considered more proximate than two properties that are located several miles apart.

Proximate means things are near,
Like two homes that are so dear.
Or a home close to a store,
Convenient and so much more!
