Salesperson: 

A real estate salesperson is a licensed professional who represents buyers or sellers in real estate transactions. They help buyers find properties that fit their needs and budget, and assist sellers in marketing and selling their properties. Real estate salespersons are knowledgeable about local real estate markets, property values, and real estate laws and regulations.

Example: 

A real estate salesperson works for a real estate brokerage and helps clients buy or sell properties. They show properties to prospective buyers, provide information about the property and the local real estate market, and negotiate on behalf of their clients. They assist sellers in preparing their properties for sale, marketing the property to potential buyers, and negotiating with buyers to reach a satisfactory sales agreement.
